By placing an order through EZ PAINTING TOOLS you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to domestic (USA) country.
A.30 DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return in case you are not satisfied with the products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The return is not acceptable if reason to return is invalid or you fail to notify us about cancelling the products within the 24 hours of placing the order or before your order is being dispatched. If you do not need the products anymore, that cannot be the valid reason.
To start a return, you can contact us at Support@ezpaintedger.com or come to our store. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return label will not be provided for the products if they are under FREE Shipping. In the case of products under FREE Shipping, you have to send products back to us on your own.
C.DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To return your product, you should contact our mail.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at Support@ezpaintedger.com or come to our store.
F. RESTOCKING FEE
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1-2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To start a return or refund, you can contact us at Support@Ezpaintedger.com. If your return is accepted, you need to send the products back to our warehouse address at your own shipping cost. The customer is liable to bear the unpacking and restocking fee; the fee amount depends on the item in order; there is a fixed 1$ fee for an order containing up to 2 items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return will be processed only if:
- it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
- the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
- the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, missing item or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
